Special rates for international students

In our Residences fees are tailored to your needs; they vary depending on the residence, the city and the services included.

Here you can find all the annual fees, balanced to the real months of stay and reduced up to 40%, depending on geographical origin and the living cost of the destination.

The RUI Foundation promotes students of merit, taking into consideration individual economic situations. This is why we have scholarships covering up to 100% of the full fee.

Your free year

All the best students in their first year of Bachelor/Single Cycle Degree, or in their first year of Master Degree, can apply for a very special scholarship: a year for free.

There is one comprehensive list for all residences and the names of the winners will be published on September 6th for those who were admitted by August 28th.

Affiliations with universities

The RUI Foundation has been collaborating for the past 60 years with numerous universities to foster our students’ education, talents and professional future.

We are affiliated with major universities in Italy that provide students of merit with financial aid for our fee.

The Politecnico and the RUI Foundation award financial aid to ten students.

Ten places in the residences are awarded at a reduced rate to the most deserving Italian and international students in their first year at the Politecnico during the academic year 2024/2025. They are allotted based on the admission test at Politecnico and on the RUI residence admission test. The award is €1,000.

Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma will support the fee of international students that enroll to Rui Residences’ that can have the annual fee reduced up to 40% depending on the country of origin.

Rome residences and LUISS Guido Carli University award ten €1,000 scholarships to students of merit, with priority given to those in their first year at LUISS.

The RUI Foundation and la Sapienza award ten €1,000 scholarships for students of merit enrolled at la Sapienza. Out of these ten, four scholarships are reserved for international students.

Students enrolled in their first year, including Magistrale or PhD, need to have a high school graduation mark not below 90/100 (Italian students) or final mark for the BA not below 105/110 (PhD candidates).

International students must present official documentation attesting their enrollment in the university and a copy of their high school diploma or BA diploma translated into Italian and notarized.

GRANTalento: financial aids for students of merit

Students applying for first time admission to a Rui Residence with excellent high school and university grades can apply for GRANTalento, a scholarship providing an additional €1,000 reduction on fee.
