RUI Foundation collaborates closely with the business world, both to enrich the educational program with the skills required by the job’s world and to let the companies know the profiles of our graduating students.

The close contact with the corporate world allows our residents to perceive the most significant trends in the business world, thus orienting their training path by balancing personal aspirations and employability.

By entering our residences and actively participating in training courses, companies can not only get to know talents and contribute to their training, but also have direct knowledge of the aspirations and expectations of the world of young people.

Collaboration between RUI Foundation and companies has several lines of activity:

• joint development of JUMP and JUMP + modules, mainly in the case study formula

• mentoring and career counseling paths, aimed to deepen the student’s personal objectives, the external reference context, skills and expectations of professional development

• presence of managers and professionals in our residence as testimonials of their professional career. Such events are big opportunities for discussion and orientation

• company presentations, study visits, involvement of our students in innovative paths within the company

• synergy on digital innovation and training programs for women

• project work in the companies, internships and placement programs.
